I set 3 second silent MP3s in between songs. I pre-plan my player to just keep rolling. I’m using it as an example of how to structure your class for a killer workout, diversity and LOTS of fun! So this is quite literally JUST todays (3/17/14) playlist. Below is a playlist that I am currently using in my Monday class, HOWEVER, I change at least 1 or 2 songs for every class.
